Easy Returns & Exchanges
You don’t love what you ordered? No problem! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so we gladly accept returns and exchanges.
Send the returned or exchanged item within 30 days from the order date in new, unused condition, unwashed with original tags attached and original receipt. Please note, sale items purchased from FABB Activewear are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Please follow these simple instructions below to return or exchange an item:
Fill out the Return and Exchange Form provided at the bottom of your invoice in your original shipment. Can’t find it? Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Note the items that you’re returning or exchanging and the quantity and reason(s) for return on your invoice.
Pack your return securely, in the return package provided (the mailer you received with your original purchase is reusable and can be used to send back the returned item).
Include your completed Return and Exchange Form in the return package.
You may return or exchange using USPS, please see instructions below:
Complete your return using USPS:
1) Email us at email@example.com to receive your USPS label for your return item.
2) Affix your label to the packaging. Make sure no other tracking labels are shown.
3) Drop your package in the U.S. Mail, or schedule a free at-home pickup via USPS.
4) Once you’ve mailed your return, you can track it here.
Shipping costs for the returned or exchanged item is the responsibility of the customer. If you choose to have FABB provide a return label using instructions above, the refund amount will exclude shipping cost. The other option is, you may ship with the carrier of your choice.

Returns by Mail
Please print a USPS shipping label using instructions above. Close and seal the package, stick the return label on your package and drop off the package at a USPS store near you.

Take note of the tracking number showing on the return label before you drop your return package. In the event that your product is lost in transit, FABB ACTIVEWEAR will not be held liable.
All returned items must be received within 30 days of your order date to be eligible for a refund. Upon receipt of your return we will refund your original payment method, excluding the shipping charge. Returns enter our system within 48 hours of receipt and you will be notified via email once we have processed your return. Please allow up to 7 business days for the credit to be reflected in your available balance after you receive your email notification.
Exchanges by Mail
If the item you would like to exchange is still available at the same price, simply place a new online order and return the original item following the procedure above. You will receive your new item much faster. We'll bill your credit card for the new merchandise and process your credit for the returned merchandise once received. Please see ‘Your Refund’ above for processing time.
To ensure you receive your preferred exchange choice please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, contact details, invoice number and details of the preferred replacement choice (Item name, color & size). This will ensure your item is kept aside while we await the return of your garment to our Warehouse Team at FABB ACTIVEWEAR. If the style you require is "out of stock" an online credit or refund will be issued to you.
Standard shipping rates apply to all merchandise returns or exchanges on orders shipped internationally.
